Artist’s Statement：

Our planet is in crisis. Environmental problems are on the rise, and it gives me great pleasure to join hands with WCECA in this exhibition on Saving the Planet.

This planet is our home: she is our Mother Earth. It is our responsibility to care and protect her.

As artists we have been blessed with the ability to create, and through our art, we can send messages on saving the planet and thus increase overall awareness.

I paint for charity and have sold my paintings to support organizations dedicated to the protection of wildlife and forests, and to tree planting.

Artist name：Gloria Keh

Gloria Keh, 69, an artist based in Singapore, founded Circles of Love, an art based, non-profit charity outreach programme, using her art in the service to humanity in 2008. She has participated in over 80 exhibitions/art fairs, both locally, as well as internationally. Her first overseas solo exhibition was held in Vienna, Austria, in January/February 2018, at the Gallery Steiner. In April 2018, her works were exhibited at the New York Art Expo, with the Gallery Steiner. In December 2019, Gloria exhibited and sold at Art Basel Red Dot Miami, with the Gallery Steiner. A member of the International Culture & Arts Federation (ICAF), Gloria had won over 20 international art awards.

Description：

Forests are the lungs of the earth. Forests provide a home not just to trees and plants but also to countless living things in a natural habitat.  This abstractions asks man to protect our forests, to plant more trees and to do whatever we can to prevent deforestation.
